The Butler Visit

At Yacht Butler we believe in reliable, accountable care for your yacht. That’s why we offer a detailed monthly visit from one of our in-house Yacht Butlers. For one easy affordable rate, we’ll perform a simple check-over of your boat’s overall state, ensuring that everything looks, sounds, and smells ok, sending a follow-up Butler Report with detailed findings and service recommendations. The Butler Report is integral to our service automation, ensuring that all aspects of your yacht’s care are tracked and managed efficiently

• Comprehensive Walkthrough: Our Butler will perform a full walkthrough of your boat and its mooring, looking for any signs of disturbance or other concerns
• Detailed Reporting: Findings are documented in a Butler Report which includes photos, detailed findings, recommendations, and quotes for any necessary service
• Coordination with Skilled Labor: If the visit reveals issues that require skilled labor, we will coordinate with our partner sub-contractors to obtain quotes. Upon your approval, Yacht Butler acts as a general contractor to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of the work

 

Service Description

Visual Dock and Boathouse Check  We start by inspecting your dock space and/or boathouse, making sure that your yacht’s home base is secure and intact

 

Exterior Boat Check  Our Yacht Butlers will conduct a visual inspection of your yacht’s exterior and all accessible areas, ensuring the vessel is tied off securely, dock boxes or other containers are locked, dingys, SUP’s, or kayaks are secure, and that marina dock-use policies are followed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Detailed Yacht Butler Report

After each visit, you’ll receive an in-depth Butler Report, documenting the health of your boat and any recommendations for maintenance or repairs.

 

 

 

 

 

Interior Boat Check (Upgrade)  As an upgrade your Yacht Butler will also proceed inside the vessel checking for signs of rainwater ingress, faulty bilge pumps, battery charging issues, and other potential concerns. The engine room, bilge, galley, sleeping quarters, and heads will all be visually inspected as a part of this upgrade.

Our subscription is designed to be as flexible as your yachting lifestyle. With a variety of add-ons, both recurring and one-time, you can customize your plan to meet your specific yacht care needs.
